Phase 1: Assessments
I assess numerous components of your vineyard sites and winery, including the potential of the Terroir, genetic potential of the vines, vineyard management, facility and equipment.
I evaluate the history of your wine quality and the House Style you desire to achieve.
Phase 2: Actions
I will advise on any key improvements that could elevate the quality of your wines and the reputation of your winery.
I will make recommendations on short and long-term actions that could move you toward your goals.
LEVEL 2
HARVEST AND BLENDING SESSIONS
I will come to your winery during harvest to guide you in the complete winemaking process.
The following spring, I will return to your winery to collaborate on different blends to achieve the highest possible quality.

AS YOU GROW
As we evaluate the results together, I will provide solutions to developing problems, which your winery might face, such as:
- Smoke taint
- TCA contamination
- Virus and wood diseases
- Microbiological contamination

As your wine quality improves, if needed, I will offer my expertise in contacting and hosting wine critics such as Robert Parker-Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, James Suckling, Jeb Dunnuck and others.

For places of fine dining, I establish or revise wine lists, recommend food and wine pairings, as well as provide on-site training regarding cellaring, wine education and service.
